Stacey is a legal skills professor and the Supervising Attorney of the Gator TeamChild Juvenile Law Clinic. Her academic work has appeared in top law journals and has been cited by UNICEF. She speaks regularly at international conferences including those organized in collaboration with the United Nations.

Growing Up Shared

Stacey is the author of the book, Growing Up Shared: How Parents Can Share Smarter on Social Media and What You Can Do to Keep Your Family Safe in a No-Privacy World. Her book was noted as a parenting bestseller by Library Journal and excerpts have appeared in The New York Times and The Washington Post.

Stacey is also a photographer, donating sessions to families with children battling pediatric cancer and other chronic medical conditions.
